Within our team consisting of four full-time members: a thoughtful host, a talented chef, an on-site steward/driver, and a personal concierge.
Their mission? To respond with meticulous precision to the needs of our guests, both before their arrival and throughout their stay. They provide a range of tailor-made services designed to deliver an unparalleled experience.
Private Chef
Your Private Chef and Butler will ensure that all your culinary needs are met at Chalet Menor.
A half-board dining service is available:
Start each day with a tailor-made cooked breakfast, available every day for 7 days.
Indulge in relaxation with our afternoon tea and snack service, featuring a refined selection of savory and sweet treats, available for 6 days.
Savor our aperitifs and canapés, served during 6 evenings.
We also cater to our younger guests with specially designed children's evening meals, available upon request for 6 evenings.
Gourmet dinners, prepared by our talented Chef, promise an unforgettable culinary experience. After consulting the menu before your arrival, savor every bite of these gastronomic delights for 6 evenings.
And of course, to accompany these feasts, our exquisite selection of beverages awaits you. Enjoy a variety of over 7 different house wines, including reds, whites, and rosés, as well as champagne, beers, non-alcoholic beverages, Nespresso coffees, and teas, all included and unlimited.
Daily housekeeping
Your Housekeeper will be on hand each day to ensure the Chalet is always immaculate, highly presented and welcoming throughout your stay. He(she) will take care of daily cleaning, Chalet tidying, room preparation, and evening service.
Each room is equipped with luxury cotton sheets, plush towels, high-quality bathrobes, slippers, and premium bathroom amenities. Laundry service is also provided. Synthetic pillows and duvets are available upon request.
Every little detail, such as lighting the fireplace before your morning and evening arrival, or preparing the Jacuzzi according to your preferences, will be considered with the utmost care. Welcome products, bathroom amenities, bathrobes, and slippers are provided for our guests.
Private Driver
Your Private Driver service will take care of your transportation in a luxurious Mercedes Van exclusively dedicated to Chalet Menor.
This service is available every day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (until 10 p.m. on the Chef's night off) to drive you to the slopes, ski lifts, or anywhere else you wish within the Méribel Valley and its surroundings (Méribel Centre, Méribel Village, Méribel Mottaret, Morel, Le Rond-Point des pistes, Le Belvédère, etc.).
Upon request (additional to reservation price), our teams can provide a private chauffeur service to take you outside the Méribel valley.
Concierge service
Your dedicated Concierge will assist you with your pre-arrival and in-resort requests such as airport transfers, ski equipment rental, ski passes or restaurant reservation for lunch.
If you have a special occasion or something else you'd like to arrange, your Concierge who has a great understanding and knowledge of all there is to offer in Meribel, will be pleased to help you.
